To bounce back from disappointments and daily pressures. You can relax. Take a few deep breaths. And visualize you on your perfect vacation on the beach. You can soak in a warm bath or sit out on the beach listening to soft gentle music relaxing under the sun.
I true to live mindfully and meditate daily. Learning to focus on one task at a time. Living in the present moment boosts my energy and reduces my stress levels.
I am dedicated on exercise regularly. I find that if I move around at least 30 minutes a day it helps with weight loss.
If you are not up for exercising you can work on your hobbies. Find activities that engage your mind and soothe those feelings.
Spend some time outdoors. The beauty of nature inspires me and lifts my spirits. Hearing the birds first thing in the morning brings me so much peace. You should try it too! Go for a walk on your lunch break. Spend weekends gardening or painting a new room in your house.
Have accountability. Touch base with family and friends. Build a network of support that helps you where you are in life.
Try to get into habit of making someone smile. I feel most joyful when I take my mind off my own troubles and brighten someone’s day. Give a sincere compliment to a stranger. Buy someone’s coffee at Starbucks. Servitude is selfless. It cost you nothing to be nice to others.
Taking care of my health and wellbeing is my way of showing love to myself. So, stay strong and resilient. Today learn to cope with challenges and setbacks weather they are big and small. And stay motivation to live your life to the fullest, taking it one day at a time!
